In addition to ORACLE for ERP and FUJI material error prevention system in the production site, there are QMS, WMS, MES and tool management system. These systems are weakly connected, leading to tedious and repetitive processes.

Based on the industrial Internet platform, the overall layout planning of production lines and workshops is carried out and the specific solutions are as follows:

Through the supplier portal of the cloud platform, the information interaction window of the upstream and downstream of the supply chain can be opened to realize the real-time bi-directional and multi-objective orderly management of the buyer and the supplier. Client app is deployed in each supplier to standardize the material labeling and sharing.

  2. Through the heterogeneous system integration platform, the ERP and QMS systems are seamlessly connected. Based on the optimization of the material receiving process, the warehouse management is optimized, the line warehouse canceled, and 80% of repeated warehouse entry and exit operation of the common materials optimized. Through the equipment networking platform, real-time data is obtained from the equipment to monitor the use of materials in the production lines. Combined with the data optimization algorithm, the system provides the intelligent production switchover scheme with maximum efficiency. The system integration replaces traditional WMS, MES, tool management system and FUJI material error prevention system.
